Please join us to celebrate new works from our 2021 Documentary History Project for Youth program. This year, the teens worked collaboratively to produce short films reflecting the universal and timely theme of “Health”. In the wake of a global health pandemic, our young filmmakers have dedicated their talents to explore and investigate the many ways industries of health and wellness have intimately impacted the city of  Philadelphia. Each film grapples with the effects of an ongoing pandemic, documenting COVID-19’s impact on essential workers and the home, or investigating behavioral health, urban farming, and “food desserts” .Filmmakers include: Alicia Garlic, Aidan Bob, Bernard Cross, Jada Green, Damilola Akinboro, Sylvan Prey-Harbaugh, Karston Singleton, Nyzeema Presley, Cedar Walton, and Takeyo Rockmore.
