Marianne Wafer has practiced visual arts her entire life - earning a BFA in Studio Arts from LSU (Louisiana State University) and studying darkroom photography, drawing and painting at NOAFA (New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts). She is currently working in mixed media combining photography with manual techniques. She had a long corporate career with Shell Oil Company including programming some of the earliest CADD (Computer Automated Drafting & Design) systems and earning an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University.
