Youth Workshop: Intro to Animation

Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring different techniques of stop motion animation including mixed media, hand drawn, and cut paper. No previous art of computer training is required.
Lowell Boston is an adjunct associate professor of animation at University of the Arts, where he conducts the Senior Animation Workshop and teaches Freshmen Animation and a multi-media class called Time and Motion. His work has been seen on ABC, NBC, ESPN, and PBS. A frequent collaborator of local filmmakers, his independently produced animations include Water’s Light, Chance, Camden, and Late August.
