Oral History in the Digital Age

This three-session workshop will provide participants with a broad-based introduction to oral history practice, including project design, interview preparation, question lists, ethics and law, and interviewing techniques. The course also covers the collection of supporting documents, the construction of memory, presentation in multiple media, and the preparation of materials for deposit in an archive. The third session will focus on the discussion of practice interviews and participant projects.
