Participants will consider choices and options in shooting styles and also learn some of production exercises Johnson uses to develop a strategy to capture visual stories.
Kirsten Johnson has worked as a documentary cinematographer and director, committing her lifework to human rights issues and visual creativity. She has been principal cinematographer on over 40 feature-length documentaries, including Citizenfour, Fahrenheit 9/11, and Trapped.
